Eileen is used mightily to ignite the church to new levels of prayer and passion for God. She is a powerful intercessor, preacher and teacher who ministers with a strong prophetic anointing. Eileen is an author and has published five books the newest of which is “Faith Works, A True Story of Radical Obedience” published in September 2013. In 1998, God instructed Eileen to focus her attention primarily on San Antonio.  During a time of travailing prayer, God placed His burden on Eileen's heart for the city and gave her a strategy to mobilize "City Reachers, for the love of San Antonio".  Eileen is the Founder of City Reachers, a multi-cultural, cross-denominational Christian ministry facilitating prayer and connecting pastors, leaders and intercessors for the purpose of revival in the church and transformation in society.  
 

Natalie Hardy, a native New Yorker, was born again in 1987 after graduating Law School and becoming a practicing attorney.  She received the call into Christian ministry while still practicing law in Boston, MA and began ministering in her local church.  In 1999, she answered the call to full time ministry leaving the practice of law and moving to San Antonio, TX where she is the Director of City Reachers, for the love of San Antonio and Outpouring Missions International Inc.

Natalie preaches and teaches the word of God.  She is a powerful prophetic intercessor with a warrior anointing.  Her passion is to see God glorified and the advancement of His Kingdom through the salvation of souls, revival in the church and transformation of society.
